Your account belongs to DigiFX, not to DigiStudios — sign-in, password changes, and anything touching billing are handled at digifx.com. We cannot change an account from here, so sending it to us only adds a hop.

DigiStudios does not have its own monitored support inbox, and publishing an address that nobody reads is worse than publishing none. Until there is one, DigiFX is the route that actually reaches a person.
